When purchasing a digital file or template you will not receive an actual item. You will receive a link after you have paid in full to download your files. If you purchase a custom item that needs to be handmade, Please check the description for turnaround time, once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with all your shipping information including your tracking number.
