Refund policy

*Custom and Personalized orders sales are final no refunds.

*Digital Downloads are non-refundable.

*You may cancel your order before we have started your project, however, it will result in the loss of 20% of your payment and no further work will be processed.

Shipping policy

When purchasing a digital file or template you will not receive an actual item. You will receive a link after you have paid in full to download your files. If you purchase a custom item that needs to be handmade, Please check the description for turnaround time, once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with all your shipping information including your tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to double-check all information provided is correct. Feel free to contact us if you made any mistakes. Once an item has left our possession and dropped off to mail carrier Andrina's Kreations LLC. is not responsible for lost packages, package getting damaged during transit, damages due to inclement weather, or stolen packages incurred during shipping that may be the fault of the shipping company.
